What Makes a Fleet Wrap Different

A Fleet Wrap Isn't a Bigger Single Wrap

A single vehicle wrap solves one problem: get noticed. A fleet solves a harder one: look like one company, every time, on every truck. That takes a different process.

01

One Master Design

We build one design system, then apply it to every vehicle you own. Add a truck next year, and it matches the fleet on day one.

02

Staged Installs

Fleets don't get wrapped all at once. We schedule installs in batches, so your business keeps running while we do the work.

03

Coverage That Scales

Full wraps, partial wraps, and everything between. The right coverage level depends on the vehicle, the budget, and how many trucks are on the list.

Fleet Wrap Pricing

Every fleet quote starts with your actual vehicles, not a flat number. Vehicle size, coverage level, and fleet size all factor into the price. Wraps start at $1,900 per vehicle, with fleet discounts of up to 15% as your vehicle count grows. Full wraps, partial wraps, and combinations across a mixed fleet are all quoted the same way: based on what you actually own and need covered.

Tell us your fleet size and vehicle types, and we'll send back real numbers. Not a range pulled from a website.

Why Fleet Managers Choose Queen of Wraps

01

One Design, Every Vehicle

Inconsistent branding costs more than it looks. A fleet where every truck's logo sits a little differently reads as careless, even when the work underneath is solid. We build one master design and apply it the same way across every vehicle, so a customer who sees truck #4 recognizes truck #40 at a glance.

02

One Point of Contact

Fleets that grow piece by piece usually end up with piecemeal vendors: one shop for the first ten trucks, another for the last five because the first one was booked out. We handle design, print, and install in-house, so your fleet has one contact and one consistent process no matter how many vehicles you add over time.

03

Built for Three Different Climates

We wrap fleets running through Utah winters, Las Vegas summers, and Reno's swing between both. We choose materials and installation methods with that range in mind, backed by a 5-year product warranty and a 1-year installation warranty on every vehicle in your fleet.

Commercial Fleet Wrap FAQs

How many vehicles do we need to qualify for fleet pricing?

There's no strict minimum. Fleet pricing applies whether you're wrapping two vehicles or two hundred, with discounts of up to 15% available as your fleet grows. Tell us your actual count, and we'll quote it accordingly.

How is fleet wrap pricing calculated for a large fleet?

Pricing is based on vehicle size, coverage level, and total fleet size. Individual wraps start at $1,900, and larger fleets see better per-vehicle rates as production and scheduling get more efficient at scale. Every quote reflects your actual vehicle mix, not a flat per-vehicle number.

How do you calculate ROI on a fleet wrap investment?

Think of it against what you already spend to reach the same audience. A wrap is a one-time cost that keeps working every day the vehicle is on the road, with no recurring ad spend. Most fleet managers compare it against their cost per lead from other channels, since a wrap has no cost per mile.

How long do fleet wraps last before they need to be replaced?

Every wrap comes with a 5-year product warranty. Actual lifespan depends on how much time each vehicle spends outdoors versus covered, and how often it's washed.

Will our fleet be out of service during installation?

Not all at once. We stage installs across your fleet so some vehicles stay on the road at all times. We'll build a schedule around your operations before any work begins.

Do all our vehicles need to be wrapped at the same time?

No. Many fleets roll out wraps in phases, sometimes tied to a vehicle replacement cycle. The design stays consistent regardless of when each vehicle gets wrapped, so a truck wrapped this year matches one wrapped two years from now.

What happens if one vehicle in our fleet gets damaged? Do we need to rewrap the whole fleet?

No. We repair or replace the damaged panel on that vehicle alone. Because we keep your design files on record, a repair matches the rest of your fleet exactly, without touching any other vehicle.
